These terms govern your use of Fire Demon, the browser game published at lymeravonix.site. By loading and playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The game

Fire Demon is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase, and no subscription. We may change, suspend, or retire the game at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You may play the game as much as you like. You may not:

• redistribute, sell, or republish the game or its assets as your own;
• modify the game and present the result as the official version;
• attempt to disrupt the site, its hosting, or other players' access to it;
• use automated systems to hammer the site with requests.

Reading the page source and learning from it is welcome — it is a browser game and the code is right there.

3. Intellectual property

The game's code, artwork, and design are owned by the operator of lymeravonix.site and are protected by copyright. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Emoji glyphs rendered by the game are supplied by your operating system and belong to their respective vendors.

4. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Browsers, devices, and performance vary; we do not promise the game will run flawlessly on every one of them.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of lymeravonix.site is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, including lost time, lost scores, or device issues. Some jurisdictions do not allow such limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

6. Your saved score

Your best score is stored in your own browser. We cannot recover it if you clear your browser data, switch devices, or use private browsing. Treat it as a local convenience, not a permanent record.
